Motorcycle Taxi to the Airport? Why not? ;)

Have you been to Jakarta? Jakarta is the capital city of Indonesia, one of south east Asia countries. I live here, in this crazy city. Why do I call it a crazy city because it's a very crowded city with is worst traffic jam ever and bad public transportation system. I'm being honest to you because that's the fact. Even I, my friends, who live in this city admit it, that this city has been getting crazier recently.

The worst traffic jam that Jakarta people need to face does not only happen in rush hours, but also at every hour you travel its roads, especially main roads, therefore in Jakarta motorcycle taxi service is being very popular and becomes people's favorite public transportation when they get trapped in the traffic jam or they are in a rush, for example when they need to be at the office very soon or they need to catch the plane at the airport which is far from the center of the city. The picture I show you here is a sign, a kind of offer written by these motorcycle taxi riders. They offer people their service to take them to the airport by using their motorcycle. The one amazed me here, the distance where they put this sign (it is in Kuningan area in Jakarta) is around 33 km to the airport. Wow.... I've never traveled that far by motorcycle, and I think it's quite a distance you know... But, because they need to compete the time, so whatever it takes :)

Interested to try? Not me... I better spare time coz I dont wanna catch a cold because of the wind and weather I need to deal with during the journey to the airport, let alone the rain :D
